Dare I Say “Beautiful” Chicago Rentals / $2500 or Less?

I made this list of current Chicago apartments, and full disclosure: The word “Beautiful” is relative, OK? For me… what’s INSIDE a dwelling is much more important. That’s also how I view people. I don’t care what anyone says about the neighborhood. I do prefer brick buildings, and if there is a healthy grocery store around, that helps.

Location: Expensive coffee houses and book stores nearby are a great sign. Casinos and pawn shops make me think twice, but those are not a deciding factor. Internal cleanliness and space gives me peace of mind. There also needs to be an elegant area to get some basic calisthenics done. Then I can work with it. Have a look and see what you think.
