Start By Breathing
The idea of Kinetic Deep Breathing combines breath and movement. Breathe in through the nose (expand), out through the mouth (contract). Still I visualize that the breathing is taking place within the abdomen. This is an abbreviated version of Chinese Qi Gong. That area is called the TanTien. It is considered to be the center of energy in the body. This is a very simplified explanation though, and this is not Qi Gong… just deep breathing with movement.
